Agroventures & Agrodome Team Building
Do you need to organise a unique day out for your team? do you need a little inspiration? What about doing something different when coming to Rotorua? Newly launched are the Agrodome's and Agroventures unique team building activities. Do them just for fun or do them competition style and have an awards ceremony at the end. We can even help you arrange prize packages.
Human Sheep Dog Trials - this is all about working together as a team, communicating, working to a deadline and to achieve a common goal under pressure. The goal being to heard a small flock of sheep through multiple challenges, through two gates, over a bridge and into the pen! Sounds simple? This is a very fun and entertaining challenge both for the participants and spectators alike.
Agrojet - Jet Boat Navigation - How good is your memory? How well do you listen to instructions? Are you good at communicating instructions to others? Working in pairs you are set the challenge of memorising your jet sprint course and it is your job to ensure that the driver knows where to go as you are powering around the 1km water course at a mere 100kph! Points are awarded according to the challenge being successfully completed. There are three courses per team to memorise.
Swoop - Target Shooting - Who would have thought? Swoop target shooting?? Three team members at a time are each given a sheep soft toy and are hoisted 40m sky high in the Swoop. As you come plummeting towards the earth, you've got to try and get your sheep in the bull's eye. Points are awarded for accuracy and hitting the target. This activity is about building bonds between team members - often you are put outside of your comfort zone and this for many is a challenge to over come their fear of heights.
Freefall Xtreme - Flying competition - Are you a good listener? Do you follow instructions well? Can you relax and soar to new heights all at the same time? For those that can, you're bound to fly well. You're set the challenge of being the best flyer, how long can you fly solo and hold your position? Points are awarded for best flight and style.
Shweeb - Race thru space. This is a world first. The Shweeb is a human powered monorail system. Race either against each other or against the clock, reaching speeds of up to 45kmph. Teams must work together in order to win or achieve the best time result.
